I've heard that modern cars extensively use electronics. Are you equipped to diagnose and repair such systems?

Yes, absolutely. Most modern cars come with electronics. The data relating to the various systems is stored in the ECM (Electronic Control Module). The data in the ECM can be read by a protocol called OBD (On Board Diagnostics). At CarZ, we carry a variety of advanced, imported OBD scanners that can read the ECM for various makes and models of vehicles. These scanners help us diagnose the problems with your car and reset the systems as recommended by the manufacturer after the service is complete. The scanners we carry are able to read and diagnose most Asian (Hyundai, Toyota, Honda, Mitsubishi, Suzuki, Tata, Mahindra), European (Mercedes Benz, Skoda, BMW, Volkswagen, Opel, Audi) and US (General Motors / Chevrolet, Ford) make vehicles.

Do you provide services per manufacturer recommendations?

Yes, of course. We won't do it any other way. Our service technicians are well equipped with the manufacturer recommended maintenance schedules, what ever the make, model and fuel type (e.g. Petrol / Diesel) of your vehicle. Do you handle repairs while the vehicle is covered by manufacturer warranty?

Yes, there are services we provide while your car is under manufacturer warranty, without affecting the coverage as provided by the manufacturer. For most mechanical, electrical repairs including regular maintenance, we will refer to you to your dealer if we find that's best for you. However, we can provide services like accessories fitments, tyres & alloys, tyre services (e.g. puncture repair), interior & exterior beautification & protection (e.g. Teflon coating), anti-rust under body treatment, car wash, accident repair (denting, painting), diagnosis and rectification of minor issues like blown fuses, bulbs, wipers etc.
